Administrative Staff

Our office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. We have worked closely together for 11 years to provide the best in patient care and are very proud of our commitment.

Sue Garrett is the “voice on the phone” and your contact with insurance companies for referrals and authorizations. She also schedules Dr Taylor’s surgery and outside testing.

Vanessa Brown brings extensive medical office experience to her position at Triangle ENT. She has multiple talents including phlebotomy skills, medical assistant and greeting and registering our patients at the front desk.

Donna Jones is Dr Taylor’s assistant. She answers patients’ questions, handles lab specimens and assists patients during their office visit.

Karen Saylor, RN is a registered nurse who coordinates our allergy program. Karen has completed numerous advanced allergy courses to remain up to date in the latest treatment and techniques. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Alison Herndon also works in our allergy program. She has completed advanced allergy courses and updates and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Sharon Collins is a certified hearing instrument specialist who performs hearing evaluations and hearing aid fitting. She is also our insurance expert, filing claims and assisting patients in understanding their insurance.

Holleigh Taylor, RN, MS is the office manager for Triangle ENT. She is a registered nurse and a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators and Triangle Medical Managers.
